One side contains an I Am AFFIRMATION, welcoming the light of who you really are, reminding you of your connection to your Divine Creator.
The other side contains an INTENTION, acknowledging  and embracing your humanity with love and self-acceptance, while setting the intention to grow in that specific area.
The brain has a built-in negative bias and sometimes affirmations are met with doubt and self-judgement.  The Intention side of each card encourages greater self-acceptance as you set your intentions for positive change.
