I will provide you with the tools and accountability you need. I will show up for you with encouragement and honest feedback. If you show up each week with your homework completed and follow through with the action steps you commit to, you will see change and have a system that you can use to repeat your success.

Once you’ve committed to join and been accepted, there will be no refunds. A big part of coaching is accountability for follow-through. Group size is limited and once started, no one else will be allowed in.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What if I have to miss a session?

Life happens.  If you find that you absolutely have to miss a session and would like it recorded for you, please let me know.  I can record the session and send it to you.  However, a really important part of the group is the synergy created by dedicated members.  Participation is important.  The group counts on one another.

How much time will I need each week?

Good question 💜. Plan on around 2 hours:  Each session is one hour long and between sessions you will receive exercises to complete for the next week.  You will be creating a vision, action plan, and area of accountability for a different area of your life each week. Some areas will prompt more thought and require a bit more time.  Some will be easy and take very little.  If you want to work on an additional Breakthrough Goal, that will add a bit more time ( and a bunch more opportunity). I also often send supplemental material which will add to that 2 hours if you choose to do it..  Everything is optional: This is your life.  Like most things, the more you put in, the more you get out. We can spend more time planning what to eat and what to wear than we do planning our lives. Do you have 2 hours a week to Design Your Life?

What if I don't have the funds available to pay for it up front?

There is an option to make two monthly payments.  The total cost is a bit more, to cover the additional administrative costs associated with billing, but this option is available if needed. The second half will be due after the 4th session.

How do I join the weekly sessions?

The virtual sessions are held using Zoom.  You can join by laptop, phone, or ipad.  If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, no worries.  I will walk you through the process before our first session starts.  Zoom is completely free for you to use.

What if I have one really BIG goal or just want to change in one or two areas rather than all of them?

Great!  I Love Big Goals that Create Big Change!!! You can use each week to focus on what you want to accomplish.  If there are areas that you are completely satisfied with, there’s no need to spend time there.  Instead, you can dig deeper into the areas that you find change challenging and develop a comprehensive strategy to reach the goals that motivate you – no matter how big (or small).

How will my BONUS half-hour private coaching session be used and how is it scheduled?

This is YOUR time .  You can use it to receive coaching on anything you like.  You can use it to get extra support in one of the areas you are creating change in or you can use it to brainstorm a Breakthrough Goal.  You can use it to overcome self-limiting beliefs that are getting in your way or you can use it to  dig into anything you like.

Your private session should be booked before the group’s conclusion.  We will work together to find a time that works for both of us. If you fail to show up for your session without 48 hours notice, we will not be able to reschedule.


What will happen if you don’t take action today?
