If you have questions about anything you receive, I’m an email away. I like to underpromise and overdeliver 💜 but I promise to do what I can to ensure your satisfaction and success.
I truly believe that if you use this material on a consistent basis you will love the results!
However, if after receiving the first week’s material, you aren’t satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to email me and request a full refund which will be promptly given.
After the first week, cancellations will be on a monthly basis and require written notice. If you have opted to pay the yearly amount, and decide this program isn’t for you, just send an email requesting cancellation and I will prorate your refund based upon the end of that current month.

What if I don't have time? I'm really busy!
We all have 24 hours in the day and if you can’t squeeze out an hour (half and hour once a week and five minutes a day) then you really do need this. You matter! Committing to this process can help you create better balance and focus. Schedule a free call with me and we can discuss it.
What if I have to miss a day - or two?
Not a problem! Focus on your progress rather than striving for perfection. This is fun! It is an opportunity to own your time and plan your progress. The daily worksheets are not dated so you can’t get behind. Just don’t give up 👍🏻
What if I can't afford it?
Ok. It is less than $5 a week. That’s a pretty darn good deal! What are you making more important than your personal success? What might you be able to cut down on? And if you don’t find value in it, cancel anytime.
What if I want more? What if I want to spend more than 5 minutes in the mornings?
That’s awesome! The bonus journaling pages provide writing prompts if you want them. The weekly 2 minute audio meditations can be listened to daily. The adult coloring pages are great. The recommended resource list has tons of additional options.💜
Do I have to have a printer?
Nope. The worksheets are fillable and can be completed without a printer.
What if it isn't what I am expecting?
Hopefully, it will be MORE than you are expecting. However, if you aren’t satisfied, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to My Promise for details
